Mojav Technologies LLC operates one text messaging program. It sends order, delivery, and account notifications to business customers who asked to receive them. This page describes exactly how consent is collected, what we send, and how to stop.

How we get your consent
There is exactly one way to join this program: you enter your mobile number on a Mojav Technologies web form and check the consent box yourself. The box is unchecked when the page loads. Nothing is pre-selected and nothing is bundled into another agreement.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. You can leave the box unchecked, submit the form, and receive identical pricing and service.
Every submission records the date and time, the page you were on, the exact disclosure text shown to you, and whether the box was checked.
We do not text the data we sell. Mojav licenses consumer inquiry records to client insurance agencies as a data product. Those records are never added to this messaging program and Mojav does not send SMS to them. Our subscriber list contains only business contacts who submitted a form on this website and checked the box.

Keyword handling
These keywords are honored automatically on every number we operate, in any letter case.
STOP
Removes your number from the program immediately. You'll get one confirmation message, then nothing further. Also honored: END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT.
HELP
Returns our program name, support email, and phone number. Also honored: INFO.
START
Re-subscribes a number that previously sent STOP. Also honored: UNSTOP, YES.
Other ways to opt out
Replying STOP is fastest, but you can also email info@mojavtechnologiesllc.com or call (727) 699-3470 and ask to be removed. We process it the same business day.
Carriers and delivery
Supported on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and your handset and cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services themselves.
